Employers may elect to participate as a Gold Sponsor or a Silver Level participant:
Gold Sponsor registration includes a table in a high-visibility area, two chairs, access to electricity, one parking pass, special recognition in promotional materials, morning coffee and boxed lunches for up to four representatives. The cost is $250. Additional parking passes are available @ $20, and additional lunches are available @ $10.
Silver level registration includes a table, two chairs, morning coffee and boxed lunches for up to two representatives. The cost is $80. A limited number of tables with access to electricity are available at an additional cost of $20. Pre-paid parking is available @ $20 per vehicle, and additional lunches are available @ $10.
Please use the online registration portal to select your level and add any optional items. Registration will close at 5:00 PM on Feb. 18, or when all spaces are reserved (the ballroom can fit up to 60 employers).
Parking: Employers are encouraged to arrive between 8:30 and 9:30 (traffic is intense around 8 AM) and may park in either the Cain or Koldus garage if paying for parking on your own. Pre-paid passes will be accepted only at Cain Garage.
